Bostitch Rotech

Bostitch Rotech is a concept pneumatic stapler designed to reduce wrist strain for aging hobby woodworkers. The design features a rotating fore-end mechanism that allows users to maintain a comfortable wrist position while stapling at difficult angles. Developed through user interviews, ergonomic studies, prototyping, and mechanical exploration, the project rethinks how fastening tools can adapt to the user rather than forcing the user to adapt to the tool.
