Unfixed

This chair draws inspiration from Victor Papanek and James Hennessey’s Nomadic Furniture, Vol. 1, rethinking furniture as adaptable, lightweight, and responsive to changing needs. Rather than being fixed or permanent, it embraces mobility in both construction and use. Simple joinery and rope tensioners allow the structure to be assembled with no tools, inviting a more active relationship between user and object.
